Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered
  • Wrong size or product delivered
  • Item not delivered as per description

Return window: You must raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.

Not eligible for return:

  • Used, washed, or damaged products by the customer
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice
  • Non-returnable items (e.g., perishable goods, personal hygiene products, undergarments)

2. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your UCReflect.com account.
  2. Go to "My Orders" and select the product you want to return.
  3. Click on "Return/Replace" and provide the reason.
  4. Upload relevant images (if damaged or incorrect).
  5. Our team will review the request within 24-48 hours.

Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address.


3. Refund Process

Refunds will be initiated after:

  • The returned product is picked up and quality-checked.
  • The product passes inspection at our warehouse.

Refund Timeframe:

  • Prepaid Orders: 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded to a bank account or via UPI (you'll be asked for details).

4. Replacements

If your item is eligible, you can request a replacement instead of a refund. The replacement will be initiated after the return pickup.


5. Cancellations

  • You can cancel an order before it is shipped.
  • Once shipped, the order can only be returned after delivery.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure the returned item is in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • In case of repeated return abuse, your account may be flagged for misuse.
  • UCReflect.com reserves the right to accept or decline returns as per internal policy.
