2. Shipping & Delivery Time
We strive to process and ship all orders as fast as possible.

Delivery times may vary based on location, product type, and courier availability.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499: Standard Shipping Fee: ₹49.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) charges (if applicable): ₹30.
4. Delays & Exceptions
In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural calamities, lockdowns, or weather conditions.
- Courier delays or remote delivery locations.
- Festive season or high-demand periods.
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive:
- A tracking link via SMS or email.
- Real-time updates on your shipment status.
You can also check your order status by logging into your UCReflect.com account under My Orders.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the delivery partner fails to deliver after 3 attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse. You will be contacted by our team to reschedule or confirm the order.
7. No International Shipping (Yet)
Currently, we only ship within India. Stay tuned – international delivery coming soon!
